Please Select The Current Level Of Cleanliness Below. Be As Accurate As Possible For The Most Accurate Quote. A large part of how we quote is based on the property’s current level of cleanliness. Inaccurate information may cause us to underquote. Heavily underquoting may lead to a reduced standard of clean, or a request for additional hours to complete the clean to our usual high standard.
Consider a slightly dirty property as one that is often cleaned thoroughly and has dust and light dirt, especially in hard-to-reach areas. A moderately dirty property will have lots of dust, some marks or mould on walls, under sinks, toilets, bathroom tiles, skirting boards, cobwebs, etc., and will need a thorough clean.
A very dirty property would fall in between moderately dirty (above) and extremely dirty (below).
An Extremely dirty property may have strong odours, pet odours, heavy dust & dirt buildup, lots of marks on walls, heavy mould, dirt ground into skirting boards, heavy grease buildup on kitchen walls, cupboard tops, inside cupboards, excessive dirt on window frames etc.
